Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
You may request an export of your data at any time by contacting our support team. We will provide your data in a standard format within a reasonable timeframe. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
For refund requests, please contact our support team. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee refunds but will work with you to resolve any issues with our service. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge date to be considered.
Any legal disputes will be handled through mediation before any legal action is taken. Both parties agree to work in good faith to resolve any disputes through this process. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which our company is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our service is designed to be HIPAA-compliant. As a dental professional using our service, you remain the data controller for your patients' information, and we act as a data processor. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your patients for the collection and processing of their data. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA requirements. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that may compromise PHI, we will notify affected users in accordance with HIPAA requirements and applicable laws.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we may need to perform maintenance or updates that could cause temporary service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to schedule maintenance during off-peak hours and provide advance notice for planned outages.
